To start, draw yourself a relaxing bath. Add some soothing aromatherapy, like lavender or chamomile, and let yourself soak for at least 20 minutes. While you're in the tub, use a loofah or body brush to exfoliate your skin.

After your bath, it's time for a facial. Start by cleansing your face with a gentle cleanser. Then, use a steamer or hot cloth to open up your pores. Apply a face mask, and while it's working its magic, give yourself a hand and foot massage. Rinse off the mask, and apply a toner, serum, and moisturizer.
